Nancy's was founded in 1982 as a tree removal, landsclearing operation. Over the years we have grown and added other services making us a complete landscape construction company. We are proud of our accomplishments such as Marriot Courtyard, Holiday Inn Express, The  Residence Inn, Shaws Supermarket and Walmart on Bridgeport Ave. Shelton, all recieved 12 month maintenance contracts that we held for many many years. In our state Hamden Hall a project completed 22 acres of hydroseeding, in our town Condo's completed Tamarac Ridge, Shelton L'Hermitage, Lake Rd Shelton, Pine Hill Kneen Street, Colonial Village, Long Hill Ave, Graystone Lake Road, Super Funds sites included Rolfite, Raybestos
Shelton has a lot of our work such as the installations of the following parks: Commerce Park, Indian Wells State Park, Constitution Blvd Park and the pocket park between Howe and Center St.

I am a certified women owned prime contractor and worked on many state highway projects throughout the state. Nancy's has worked on the Super Fund Sites such as Raybestoes in Stratford and the old BF Goodrich property now know as Commerce Park, Shelton, as well as the Rolfite property in Shelton
